The Showdown in San Angelo is just 10 days away, and it promises to be a bigger and more exciting event than ever before.

The John Haas Memorial National Drag Boat event in Wheatland was a tremendous success! Most importantly, the event was incident-free. We saw close racing in all classes, with win/loss margins measured in the hundredths of a second. In Top Fuel, the World ET record was broken 4 times! Congratulations to everyone who participated,and thank-you for making this an amazing event!

The Showdown in San Angelo is just 10 days away, and it promises to be a bigger and more exciting event than ever before. We know many teams left their rigs between Wheatland and San Angelo and are anxious to oit and prep their boats for San Angelo. That said, we are allowing Pre-registered boats to pit WEDNESDAY at noon.

And one final reminder to those who may not have joined Lucas or their member association…membership fees will go up $75 on June 15th.
